Use Intel DDP programming tool chain

I was eager to use this new fascinating technology but I could not find out how to use it. I read many documents such as:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/ethernet/dynamic-device-personalization-brief.html

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/dynamic-device-personalization-for-intel-ethernet-700-series.html

https://www.slideshare.net/MichelleHolley1/enabling-new-protocol-processing-with-dpdk-using-dynamic-device-personalization

And saw this presentation:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qy7ALXLHrPY

And read this questions:

https://community.intel.com/t5/Embedded-Connectivity/Hi-Intel-team-I-am-investigating-about-DDP-of-Intel-serri-700/td-p/65966

I know how to load DDP profile but I don't know how to write a new one.

I wonder where can I find DDP profile editor and programming language document so I can write my own custom profile.

1. Can I have DDP programming language detail documents (hopefully with some examples like gtp.pkgo source code)?

2. Can I have DDP profile editor and compiler so I can convert (compile) my code to pkgo file?

Sincerely, David

Hi, sorry for late reply.

1. I plan to use 700 or 800 Series Network Adapters. My choice is XXV710 so far.

2. No, I don't want to reprogram it. I want to use DDP to recognize new protocols and protocol stacks. It means I want to write my own profile with DDP tools. I searched for corresponding tools but couldn't find any. My question is where can I find it, should I get it individually from Intel support or it's available for all?

Apologies for the delay on our update.

Please see below information for the feedback from our engineering team and let us know if you have questions or clarifications.

We regret to inform you that we do not support customers writing their own DDP at this time. Unfortunately, we do not have any future guidance on if this capability will be available in the future.

Awaiting to hear from you.
