Hello!
Please can anyone help me with a Problem to add a VLAN to my Network Adapter.
I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and now the VLAN tap to adding VLAN is missing.
Also when i try to add the VLAN via POWERSHELL i run into an error which says: The selected Adapter is an Intel device, but has no Intel Driver installed.
But when i check with Windows it say, you have the Right Driver ….
Does anyone can help me or no someone if the Adapter is not anymore supported in Windows 10 for VLAN ?
I have 3 attachments:
ws-bennik (is a scan from my PC ) INTEL SCAN
error (is the error from PowerShell)
Windows10 (is that Windows says Driver is ok)
It would be very nice if someone could help me.
Wish you all a nice WE and thx =)
best regards
Patrick R.

The documentation (see here: Windows 10 Support for Intel Ethernet Adapters) indicates that you need to be running at least the 1809 version and preferably the 1903 version of Windows 10.
I also suggest you read the information provided on the following pages:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000020905/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25016/Ethernet-Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-10
https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25016/eng/readme.txt
Hope this helps,

It is unclear to me that Windows 10 is providing you with a full-featured Intel driver package. If it's Microsoft's "compatibility" driver, then missing features would not be unexpected.
According to the support document (here: Windows 10 Support for Intel Ethernet Adapters), support for this PHY is listed as being provided but, when I search on Intel's Download site using search string "Intel 82579LM Gigabit Ethernet PHY", I find packages for only Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1; there are specifically *NO* download packages for Windows 10.
You may be out of luck...
