a digital (NRZ) signal (like 8b10b) can be received by X520-DA2?

Jump to solution

We support a most common coding (4B5B, 8B10B, 64B66B) as long as the signal is DC-free. X520-DA2 can receive that signal?

Hi bzhou6, Thank you for posting in Intel® Ethernet Community. If you're pertaining to the physical coding sublayer of 64b/66b, the X520-DA2 supports 10GBase-LR and 10Gbase-SR using Intel® Optics. Please check out the links below for additional information. X520 Product Brief https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ethernet-products/converged-network-adapters/ethernet-x520-s... Intel® Ethernet SFP+ SR Optics and LR Optics https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ethernet-products/optics-cables/ethernet-sfp-optics-brief.ht... Hope this helps.
