Bonjours je viens vers vous car j'ai un problème avec la carte réseau . Impossible de me connecter a internet

Lorsque que je vais sur propriété du produit j'ai en description :

Etat du périphérique. Ce périphérique ne peux pas démarrer (code 10)

J'ai déjà fait une maj du bios

installer/désinstaller le pilote

je suis perdu =/

pouvez vous m'aider
