firmware update failed.

Dear All,

          I am working on huge thoughput test with DPDK, there is a release note that 19.11 version DPDK has been verified with dirver version 2.9.21, firmware version 4.10 for X722.

          I have already updated driver version now, but failed to find firmware version 4.10. Could you please help with this? 

          there is still another question, there is a device not available when I try to update the other versions. Why this issue came out? And how should I solve this problem?
