Hello, I've been having an issue with the intel ethernet i225v controller. For a lot of uses its perfectly fine, downloading games or playing games online it works fine. But certain packets just are not able to go through, I will download things and the download will go very smoothly up until about 99% where the speed will cut to 0mbps. Certain login servers I cant access and have to turn my ethernet off to login before turning it back on afterwards and using the service.
I have gone through and disabled the tcp and udp checksum offload ipv6 for it which didnt fix it. I've switched ethernet cords, and actually moved so i've been using a different router since. The issue has still persisted

Hi Menac,
Good day and thank you for posting in the Intel Community Support.
May I know if you have used the latest drivers for the NIC? Also, was there any changes made to the NIC prior to this issue happening or was it already prompting since the first day use?
Thanks,
Faez_Intel

Hi Menac,
Good day.
It seems that from the official website of the ASUS ROG posted the latest driver version as 2.1.3.3 for Windows 11. We highly recommend for you to use the latest released drivers from the official website as those are the stable releases for the drivers.

I've known that you're always supposed to download drivers from your motherboards website. I tried this 6 times before. For some reason now doing it the 7th time it decided to finally work right.
Thank you for this i've been having this issue for something over a year now and I have no idea why this decided to fix it now but i'm just gonna hope it never breaks again.

Hi Menac,
Good day and noted on this.
The OEM manufacturers will release the new drivers for fixes on any reported issues on the NIC and we always recommend to use the latest driver provided from the OEM itself.
Since this issue has been fixed, please kindly let us know if you need any further assistance for this thread. If there is not, we will proceed with the closure of this thread accordingly.
Thanks,
Faez_Intel
