Add new component to Altera DE1 CycloneII Board help

Hello All,

I'm trying to Add a Library to DSP Builder for Altera DE1 CycloneII Board.

I need to write new component like PS2 or SD Card connector.

How to set the pin direction to be "Inout" in the ".component" file ?!.
