Altera HPDDR2 core driving Micron memory models

Does anyone used Altera HPDDR2 controller driving Micron memory models MT16HTF51264AY (4GB)? I have a controller design interfacing with micron ddr2 simulation models (UDIMM composed of 16 devices with 2 cs bits).

During functional simulation when I interface HPDDR2 with micron memory models, there is no clock / datamask signals at controller output port. When I disconnect memroy models clock is available at output port.
