Cyclone 10 gx hardware setup

hello,

We are developing our project using Cylone 10 gx FPGA. Issue is arise on starting the BTS(board test system). From this window the BTS application is not further proceding.

Anything have to change in file directory or anything else.

Did you check if the JTAG connection is good? Can you program the device via JTAG before run the BTS?

yes i can program device using JTAG... 

Furthermore, i have tested all user leds and pushbuttons on development boad....

But BTS is not running till now...
