FPGA board bring up issue

We got the following product. 

Agilex 7 FPGA I-Series Development Kit (2x R-Tile and 1x F-Tile)

 

We are having trouble to have Quartus recognize the FPGA on board. It shows "unrecognized device". We download the latest quartus and device. USB port recognized the device. But yet, device will not be recognized. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  1. What is the Quartus version?
  2. Please provide the screenshot of the error.
  3. Have you try to connect the dev kit with another PC?
  4. How many dev kit are there?
