How to make new Own IP core

I am searching how to make our Own IP core in Quartus still not found any Basic knowledge of IP CORE making . 

How to generate .qip file for our Own IP ? and how IP core compilations ?

anyone having  any information  about OWN IP CORE  kindly share us
