How to purchase an IP core? (TSE)

My Quartus's license is a USB key which belong to my lab. 

I want to know how to purchase the TSE IP core, how the license work, and the price of the TSE IP core. 

 

Any one know this? Thank you.

You need to contact your local Altera distributor, they will tell you how to proceed and give you a quote.
