IP Licensing Problem

Hi all,

I have my quartus II v10 installed and licensed. In Options->License Setup->Licensed AMPP/MegaCore Function I have a lot of Core Licensed (it's seems) correctly. I have, therefore, also NCO Compiler (Altera ID 6AF7 0014) Licensed.

So, if I try to make a simple project that use NCO all synthesys operation are OK but quartus generates only a time limited .sof file.

In Compilation report NCO appears like "Unlicensed".

Why

Many thanks !!!!
