Hi ,
we are using Cyclone V E FPGA with QSPI flash active serial configuration, for that we intended to use cypress S25FL256S flash. also we are using this as OTA mode of configuration using remote Update IP core. so our queries are :-
1] Do S25FL256S flash is supported with cyclone V E FPGA with quartus prime lite 21.1 version
in active serial configuration?
2]What voltage can be given to VCCPGM for AS io, datasheet mentions 3.0/3.3V support? but can it be given 1.8V and used for configuration IO?
thanks & regards!

Please find my response below:

We do support S25FL256 for cyclone V and the flash we tested are S25FL256SAGMFI000. Other than that, you might need to check the differences between our tested flash part number with yours. If the flash operation command are similar, it is fine.
2]What voltage can be given to VCCPGM for AS io, datasheet mentions 3.0/3.3V support? but can it be given 1.8V and used for configuration IO?
If 3.0/3.3V is the recommended value. It is recommended to use 3.0/3.3V.
