License issues for MegaWizard generated DDRx controller (if any)

Hello,

I am working on proto which involves some FPGA logic working with external DDR memory.

I plan to use MEGAWizard to generate desired memory interface and integrate it with my other FPGA logic.

Hence, as a final delivery I have to ship my RTL + MegaVizard generated DDR controller to end customer.

End customer may make 1K pieces of the board put this functionality on that.

Can MegaWizard generated memory controller be shipped to end customer?

Are there licensing issues?
