In MAX10 Analog to Digital Converter User Guide on page 17 the folowing is denoted:
The maximum cumulative sampling rate in normal sampling mode is 1 MSPS.
So if I use 9 A/D inputs in normal mode at maximum rate, each analog input will be sampled at 1M /9 rate?
If I'm using the temperature sensing mode + 8 analog inputs, still each input will be measured at 1M/9 rate ( except the tempertaure)? or each analog input will be measured at 50khz rate?
Regards
Zvi

Hi Zvi,
Please find my response below:
[1] So if I use 9 A/D inputs in normal mode at maximum rate, each analog input will be sampled at 1M /9 rate?
A: Yes as MAX10 uses SAR ADC.
[2] If I'm using the temperature sensing mode + 8 analog inputs, still each input will be measured at 1M/9 rate ( except the tempertaure)? or each analog input will be measured at 50khz rate?
A: It is 1Msample /8 because you have 8 normal analog input pin (which Cumulative samples) in normal mode and ADC switchover for TSD measurement at 50 KHz.
Thank You
