Matlab automatic exit, when I click on Compile

OS: Windows 7sp1 Ultimate(32bit)

Altera Quartus II : 12.0sp2 (32bit)

Altera DSP builder: 12.0sp2(32bit)

Matlab: MATLAB R2012a

Simulink simulation done right, double-click the Signal Compiler, click Compile, matlab quit immediately. Excuse me, this is what reason?

I guess that is a software BUG, but I should how to solve?

Project directory added a TXT documents, in matlab out and content are as follows:
