You will need follow this link to generate BSP: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683689/current/application-12184.html
1)Click Generate BSP. Make sure the BSP generation is successful.
2)Close the BSP Editor.
I will attach a picture for your reference on the button to Generate BSP.

The devkit you are using is actually quite old and will have to check if it is still supported from our end.
