OK to use Megafunction IP in an open source project?

Hi, I am currently working on a larger project based on a MAX10 device. To use the device I have generated a couple of IP blocks in Quartus QSys such as PLL, blockram, ADC, user flash etc... . I am using the free version of Quartus (Web edition) that comes with the Megawizard IP.

Now I plan to release the source code of my project to the public under a public domain license such as GPL.

I wonder if I can do this because the blocks generated by Quartus all contain a copyright notice pointing to some license agreements that I cannot find anywhere on the Atlera/Intel Website (Altera MegaCore Function License Agreement).

Anyone knows how to resolve this issue?
