Hello.
I work with AGFB014R24B2E2V device and use 100Gb E-Tile Hard IP for Ethernet Intel FPGA IP and I see that some of packets are dropped by the connection partner which is Mellanox board.
I've turned on Forward RX Pause Requests and managed to catch pause packets in Wireshark that Mellanox sends during operation. But it seems that Ethernet IP doesn't do anything with them as nor o_rx_pause or o_rx_pfs signals got asserted. Pause packets look like this:

Do i need to process pause packets manually or there is something wrong with the pause packets so Ethernet IP doesn't accept them as pause request packets?

It seems that the problem was with destination mac address for rx pause packets. After adding code that writes the right address in IPs registers pause started to work.
The issue can be closed now.
