Transceiver toolkit doesn't recognize a link

Hello, 

 What should be done in the transceiver-oriented design in order to be exploited with "Transceiver Toolkit".  I've tried 2 examples downloaded from Altera site: 

• 10Gbps low latency 
• 10GBase-R 

  In 1st case I could use Transceiver Toolkit, in 2nd - NOT.  The 1st one was done with Qsys, 2nd - without Qsys (IP was generated by wizard).  The question: Is creaing of a design with Qsys necessary condition for using Transceiver Toolkit.  Best Regards,  Pavel.

I am having the same problem. My first design was done with qsys and it was working with transceiver toolkit without any problems, now I am working with a design where the different components have been created with megawizard and I cannot use the transceiver toolkit, because it doesn't recognize the link. 

 Did you find any solution?
