Tripple Speed Ethernet Ref design - Compile failed

I am trying to run Triple Speed ethernet ref design but while compiling I am getting following warnings and it is not generating SOF file.

I am using Quartus 8.0 Dev Kit eval version license.

please let me know what kind license or changes needed to run this ref design.

Warning: Can't generate programming files for project because design file "C:/altera/tse_datapath_reference_design/tse_ref_design/crcgen_altcrc.v" is encrypted. It does not have license file support that allows generation of programming files.

Adding more information. Hopefully some one might help me.

I am using Stratix II GX PCI development kit. Haven't changed changed any thing from the reference design. I am just trying to compile and run the design. Any help or clues would be great. Thanks in advance.
