Video encoder

Hello, 

 

I am looking for IP that can encode 4 video inputs (ITU-R BT.656 format) into MPEG in order to stream them on ethernet or at least store it (somewhere) and accessible from an external processor which will send it. 

 

Someone could point some solutions please.
