Hi,
From the user guide, Altera's dd2 memory controller should support 4G memory. Did the controller test for the 2G SODIMM in the board? Or anyone have succeed in the ddr2 controller for the 2G memory in the real project? Thanks,Link Copied

I updated it myself. We run 2G SODIMM well in our custom board.

Hi,
I'm interested in using a 1GB sodimm w/ a cycloneIII, however, in SOPC builder when trying to use one of the built in presets for the Micron MT9HTF12872AY-800E1 1GB sodimm I get the following error: Error: cpu_0: Nios II Instruction Master cannot address memories over 2^32 Error: cpu_0: Nios II Data Master cannot address memories over 2^32 Error: cpu_0: Memory map cannot fit within the addressable memory space of the Nios II Data Master which is restricted to 31 address bits Has anyone successfully implemented a 1GB sodimm? If so, what was used?
