And the content of the wizard.xml is

<package name="alpha_blending_mixer" version="7.2" sopc_builder="false" dsp_builder="true">

<iptb core_dir="%wip_toolbench" flow_dir="%w../../common/ip_toolbench/v1.3.0/bin" lib_dir="%w" launch_params="-parameterization.megawizard2:1 -hide_splash -parameterization.activate_atstartup:1 -hide_iptb -parameterization.window_location:center -limitfiles" />

</package>

sopc_builder="false"??????? what's wrong with this?

Is it a web edition or a subscription edition? Why do you say "disappear"? Does it mean that VIP appeared in a previous version?

Hello

Do you know if the folders with the components exist in quartus directory?

"C:\altera\80\ip

There is an option to include new directories to search for components on the SOPC Options.

The megawizard shows the components correctly?

SOPC Builder searches the following locations for components:

Components included with the standard Quartus II software installation.

Components referenced by the <drive>:\Document and Settings\<user_account>\.altera.quartus\altera_ip.ini file. You can modify the contents of this file with IP Search Path in the Category list of the Options dialog box. Altera recommends that you use the altera_ip.ini file for component libraries.

Components found during a recursive search in the <quartus project>\ip directory. Altera recommends that you use this directory for project-specific IP.

Paths referenced through the ALTERA_IP_SEARCH_PATH environment variable.

To ensure compatibility with previous versions of the Quartus II software, SOPC Builder also searches the following locations for components:

SOPC_BUILDER path variable
