ARRIA 10: The impedance between VCC and GND is only 2Ω

Folks, I just finished the soldering of Arria10 10AX115NF45 chip. After the soldering , I measured the impedance between VCC and GND and found that it was only 2 ohm, between VCCA_PLL and GND was only 20 ohm. Is this normal? At present, the PCB has not been powered on.

Thanks,

Hi Wu Kuang

We do not have specification for this. May I know your concern of this?

Thanks.

Dear Eng Wei

Thanks for your reply, I want to know if the impedance between VCC(0.9V) and GND is too low (2ohm)?  Is it damaged or  still nomal?  I have to make sure the chip is ok before power the board up.

Thanks and best regards,

KUANG Wu

Hi Kuang Wu

We don't have data on this so I am not able to confirm on this. What is the expected measurement? Are you trying to identify whether they are short circuit?

Thanks.

Eng Wei

Hello all, I have powered the board on, it is ok, the 2Ω impedance between VCC and GND is nomal.
