Config JIC in EPCS then read it via external flash programmer

Hi,

I have a FPGA and EPCS flash with socket then begin the following process.

[1]. Config jic file from Quartus II programmer then read its bin from external flash programmer

[2]. Program an empty EPCS though bin file generated in [1] with external flash programmer.

My question is the EPCS content in [1] and [2] is the same, right ?

Yes, it is the same.

However, you need to take the way you program bin into flash (either LSB first or MSB first).
