I am currently developing using the cyclone v gt fpga development kit, but I am having problems downloading the program to Flash. I followed intel's instructions and downloaded a MAX V program that allows the use of EPCQ256. However, when I downloaded the jic file to EPCQ256 using USB-Blaster, it failed with Error(209025). MSEL has been adjusted to fast AS mode. May I ask what is the cause of this problem?

Hi,
May I know if you still need help with this case? If yes, can you please try below:
- Please check your MSEL setting is set correctly according to configuration scheme.\
- Also, you may try to reduce the TCK frequency to 16MHz.
Regards,
Aiman
