Myself JAYANTHAN V, I'm Hardware Design Engineer. I'm doing a research with Intel FPGAs. I would like to get the pinout files for Intel FPGA, Part No. EP20K400FC672-1X/1XV/2X/2XV.

Hi there
You can find the available pinout file from here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/literature/lit-dp.html?1
For those not available, you can refer to pin planner for pin description.
Thanks.

Hey! thanks for the response. But in the given link, only power & configuration pins were given. I need a 672 pin FBGA pinout( all the i/o pins).
