HPS SPI detection in Arria-10 SoC

Hi,

 

I am using Arria10 Dev Kit with Linux. I am unable to see the SPI interface in the dev folder.

 

I want see the SPI detection in Linux. Please help regarding this issue.

Hi Tirupataiah,


Are you going to use the SPI0 of HPS?

I see SPI0 was not enabled status = "okay" in the device tree, you can try to enable it:

https://github.com/altera-opensource/linux-socfpga/blob/socfpga-6.1.55-lts/arch/arm/boot/dts/socfpga_arria10_socdk.dtsi

The SPI0 and SPI1 was declared by default, only SPI1 is set to status="okay":
