I don't understand how to get pin assignment in Cyclone V SX SoC

Hi,

I'm new to FPGA and have use DE10 - Lite board by Terasic. I found the manual for the board was easy to get the exact pin location/FPGA pin no. For example, push button 0 (KEY0) is located at PIN_B8.

When working with Cyclone V SX SoC board, looking at the Cyclone V SoC Development Board Reference Manual (PDF) , there is no pin location shown like the previous manual.

How can I get the pin location in Cyclone V SX SoC?

I don't understand.  The "General User Input/Output" section in that manual shows the pin numbers.
