Hi,

An error would be found and here is my step.

  1. Run simulation with Modelsim ASE,no errors found.
  2. Migrating from Modelsim ASE to Modelsim AE,run simulation.
  3. The error message is listed.

** Error (suppressible): (vsim-19) Failed to access library 'fiftyfivenm_ver' at "fiftyfivenm_ver".

# No such file or directory. (errno = ENOENT)

Please let me know how to resolve this error.

Regards,

Jamie

Hi Jamie, To simulate designs with instantiated behavioral or timing primitives, ModelSim requires the libraries are referenced in the "modelsim.ini". Kindly check the previous thread with similar issue below. https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P00003yyR0pSAE/error-about-library-path-of-simulation-waveform-editor?language=en_US Thank you.

Hi Calvin,

I just compare modelsim.ini between AE and ASE version there are many differences, including fiftynm_ver can't be found in AE version.

But it is very strange that MAX10 device simulation is not workable in ModelSim AE version.

Please let us know the reason, thank you.

Regards,

Jamie
