Hi, im looking at the MAX 10 FPGA device overview and the MAX 10 FPGA device datasheet with respect to 10M16SAU169I7G. One says operating junction temp is -40 to 100 degc, the other says -40 to 125. May i know which one is correct?

Depends on the device.  Military and industrial devices have wider temperature ranges.
