Hi,

I am trying to create an account using my work email id, to purchase the Intel FPGA license. When I enter my email, I get the following error. Could I know the possible reasons for the same?

Hello,

Welcome to INTEL forum. For information regarding license costs or purchasing, we recommend contacting our distributor. You can find the contact details for our sales and distributor nearest to your location by visiting the following link: link to Intel's "Where to Buy" page.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. I also want to apply for an educational license, which requires the usage of the university email address for account activation. I am unable to use the mentioned email id for the same, and am getting the same error while trying to register for the account. Could you let me know the reasons for the same?

Regards

Prerna

Hi

For University license and related. Sign into the FPGA Academic Program website and request software licenses from there.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/topic-technology/fpga-academic/membership.html

But if you still have any question regarding University/Intel Academic Program, drop an Email to fpgauniversity@intel.com

Our university team will help and answer your question

Hi,

The problem is actually in creating an account on intel icensing centre with my university email address, as it is showing Singapore as a restricted domain. As mentioned on the links shared by you, the university license can be requested only from a university emaiI address. I have already contacted the Intel customer support, and they redirected me here.

Could you let me know how to proceed ahead with this issue?

Regards

Prerna
