all of the above (and more) are inaccessible.

I know that the sources are being migrated over to https://altera-fpga.github.io/rel-25.1/embedded-designs/stratix-10/sx/soc/gsrd/ug-gsrd-s10sx-soc but not all has been migrated yet, before the servers were switched off/experiencing a technical issue.

could someone please share a zip with the above or point me to the new location, thank you, much apprecciated!

Unfortunately the current www.rocketboards.org is currently unavailable. Our support team are looking into the issue.

As an interim, if you need access to GSRD resources, you may find some of the materials mirrored on the Intel FPGA GitHub repositories. (https://github.com/altera-opensource)
