The BSC dimensional tolerance measurement of FPGA MAX10

Hi,

I would like to ask a few questions regarding the package outline dimension of FPGA MAX10.

10M08SCE144A7G

10M50DAF256I7G

10M08SAU169I7G

All of the components listed above have BSC stated in each of the components package outline dimension table.

My question are:

a) What is the dimensional tolerance of BSC?

b) Does all the components stated above have the exact same BSC dimensional tolerance value?

Looking forward for the answer.

Thank you

Hi MHASI2,

Thank you for contacting Intel Community.

Please note that BSC means basic spacing between centers which is use to specify package mechanical dimensions.

This is a theoretical true position dimension and has no tolerance.

Kindly refer to our KDB for more information.
