Trouble connecting DE0-Nano board to computer for programming.

I have a DE0-Nano board with a Cyclone V FPGA. I am trying to program it using Quartus 2, but I cannot communicate with the board over my Altera Blaster cable. I have installed the correct driver software for the Altera cable, and I have tried using auto detect on the board to find it in Quartus, but nothing has worked. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hi,

I have a DE0-Nano board with a Cyclone V FPGA. I am trying to program --- If you are using DE0- Nano-Soc Board then refer chapter 3 from below user manual for board settings & configuration mode,

In case of usb blaster perform device driver update using below user guide,

Do visual check of board, clean with care also provide screenshot of programmer & errors.

Hi,

"Do visual check of board, clean with care also provide screenshot of programmer & errors." ---- please provide screenshot of programmer after performing 'Auto Detect'.

You can refer the 'Debugging JTAG Chain Integrity' Intel online training as well,
