Hi Forum
I have been sent an SIII development kit from my employers to play with. I am their lead FPGA developer. However, I also do a lot of .NET development. Currently all our software is written in C. I would like to build a simple demo whereby I just read and write to an address on the development kit using C# or VB .NET. Does anyone know of any .NET libraries designed to work with any Altera product esp. the SIII development kit? Thanks in advance for any guidance. KurtLink Copied

You can have a look at the system console tools (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/qts/qts_qii53028.pdf), but as their name implies, those are console functions. It should be possible to call them from a C or .net application with system calls I guess.

Many thanks Daixiwen.
I have a little experience in calling unmanaged C methods using the PInvoke in .NET. I suspect this is the route to applying what you suggested, or even calling our already existing C-based DLLs. Kind regards, Kurt- Mark as New
