Hi Gurunam,
To launch quartus, open a terminal navigate to Quartus/bin directory and simply type quartus and enter.
or
Adding the path of your quartus in ~/.bashrc
export PATH=$PATH:<>/quartus/bin
open a terminal and simply type quartus.

quartus: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
we are getting that error when we start the quartus ii std ver
- we were install the quartus ii 19.1 ver linux then we open the dir Quartus/bin then run quartus script
- but it showing the above error ...

Hi Guru,
I suspect OS, Centos is not supported for Quartus. Please use any other Linux flavor as per Quartus requirements from blow link.

However
Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition software seat licenses include licenses for the Intel Quartus Prime Standard Edition software. So you can use.

Hello Anand,
I just want work on cyclone v soc fpga so as per your previous reply its is not available in Quartus pro ver then you suggest me to use Quartus standard ver . Now i have Quartus standard ver and in that i am using quartus pro ver license file then on runing program it showing that you do not have valid license file . I did not understand .
so please tell me how can i start with cyclone v .
