how to assing HPS_CLK1 as system clock?

I want to assign HPS_CLK1 as system clock , but I can't find it from pin list in the Pin Planner.

Are you using your own design or from an example designs?

I use Quartus Prime 18.0 , the attachment file is my full project , it refer to the examples design .

If you cant find it on the Pin Planner, you may need to recompile your design in Qsys/Platform Designer.
