or
2) in device manager, uninstall the lenovo driver, and keep uninstalling until you get to the Microsoft Basic display adapter. You will want to download the driver I linked you to first, then disconnect from the net (unplug the lan or disable wifi), and keep doing the uninstall with checking the "remove software" option. When you get to the microsoft basic display adapter, then run the downloaded 2115 driver. Then, enable your net. Now, by doing this, you are not going to have the customizations (if any) that lenovo did.

No, the ssu report says you have an Intel driver installed.
- download the driver I told you to download.
- Disconnect from the net
- open device manager
- select the display adapter
- select the intel adapter
- right click on the adapter and select uninstall, and check the box in the pop up that says remove software.
- repeat at step 5 until there is NO intel adapter
- Install the driver you downloaded.
- In the device manager, you should now see that 2115 is installed.
- connect to the net
