As winter is approaching, many of us low end pc gamers with iris xe await battlefield 6’s official release, I tried the beta out and it launched and I was able to load into the firing range, but there were red graphical artifacts (same with spiderman 2 and spiderman miles morales), the thing is even though my laptop (i71255u 16GB ddr4 3200mhz single channel ram) aren’t sufficient enough this person ran the game on a ryzen 5 5600G that can be compared to a i5 12400
and this person did not face any graphical artifacts issues at all, despite being an older cpu, it doesn’t have any graphical artifact issues, and this red artifact issue being the case for most games and being flagged off as a problem with the game by the moderators aren’t helping, because this is a problem in almost all the games, and that tells us this is a problem with the drivers, please provide a fix in the drivers or give us a solution to the problem.

1) Sorry, I am unable to do so at this time. But for your information a lot of people faced these graphical artifacts in a ton of games so this is not a first.
heres my laptop model though for your reference:
AL 15-52 i71255U Single channel DDR4 3200Mhz Ram.
2) Obtained the game through Epic Games, then installed through the partner application (EA)
3) No, I have not, I am unable to update my drivers for some reason, but I speculate the reason to be me using single channel mode (iris xe needs dual channel to activate) so I am unable to update to the latest iris xe drivers.
4) I have uninstalled the game, the Beta testing for the game has also closed so I cannot provide any recordings as the game is not available to play anymore, but for a detailed explanation:
In the firing range map, after loading in, fps was consistent, far away objects or sharpened objects for that matter appeared to have a red neon outline or a red flare, I have attached a few pictures that are the same as the issue I was facing, you can replicate this issue on the games: Spider man 2 (First picture, The issue I was facing was not as severe as in the picture tho it was moderate or even slightly less noticeable at most). 2nd pic: Spiderman 2 on the ryzen 5 5600G (or the picture without the flare issue)

Upon checking the system requirements for Marvel's Spider-man 2, I can see that there's a minimum graphics card of at least GTX 1650 or RX 5500XT to run the game smoothly same goes by in Battlefield. While your other system components meet the minimum requirements, your system is only running on Integrated graphics.
The Intel Iris Xe graphics is not equivalent to discrete graphics cards. Discrete graphics cards, such as those from NVIDIA or AMD, have dedicated memory (VRAM) and more powerful processing capabilities, which allow them to handle demanding tasks like high-end gaming.
I recommend contacting the game developer directly for detailed information on the specific requirements that need to be met.

As this video shows the ryzen 4600G signifanctly older and probably weaker in comparison to the 1255u I'd able to run it at 39 fps without any graphical artifacts.

Hey, was just checking up, thanks for the reply, really appreciate what your doing, but I’ve faced another problem as well now, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, a new game that recently came out had very high hardware requirements, but someone with a Ryzen 5 5600u was able to run the game at solid and stable 30+fps, a ryzen 5 5600u is basically the same or equivalent of ryzen processors to the i71255u. I’ve attached a image below for proof of the benchmark, I haven’t tested it out myself personally but most i5 iris xe supported processors aren’t able to even open the game even though older APUs can open and run the game at decent fps, so yeah this is also probably a problem with the drivers, I recommend you check it out.

Forgot to mention, the game crashed with the DX12 error just like in marvel rivals even though iris xe is supposed to support DX12. (This is all based on the benchmark videos I’ve seen on YouTube.

If that’s the case Please push acer India to release new EOM drivers, I am unable to update to the latest drivers and since I have single channel ram and haven’t upgraded yet it’s showing up as UHD graphics, and when I try to update drivers with the intel drivers it doesn’t work.
