CPU intel i5-9600k loaded 100%

The processor is loaded at 100%, but the temperature is within 65 degrees.

The first thing I encountered was the PUBG game, the game loads the processor at 100% and after a while the system reboots.
Now the situation is such that it is enough to launch Steam, Discord, Microsoft EDGE and already the processor is hitting 100% load.
