@Earl_Intel

i was on vacation and i couldnt play.

Since i can't record screen in cs2 (intel software currently not support screen record) and i cant use software like obs (steam anti cheat) recognize that as some kind of cheat and i dont want to risk my account getting baned so i shortly recorded with my cellphone. file is around 90mb and i cant upload here. where do you want me to upload video ?

best regards,

Hi maloni91,

Thank you for creating a separate thread for this issue. Since you're unable to use OBS or other recording applications, I recommend trying the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta), available on the Microsoft Store. It includes a recording function accessible from the home tab. Alternatively, you could upload the video to Google Drive and share the link in this thread. Additionally, have you updated your graphics driver to the latest version using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)? Also, please do let me know after updating resolves the issue or not. If not please try use the CapframeX again to record the gameplay FPS for about 10 mins.

thanks for reply ,

i will try tomorrow and will send you video.

Yes i update drivers to the latest and remove them with DDU. Also what i notice in dota 2 game is crashing in legion TD (scenario) . I havent played that since january and since i cant play cs2 i wanted to play legion TD and 3 games in row game crashed on lvl 6-7. The screen freezes first while audio is still working and after 1 minute game crashed (while all background aplication work as they should). Maybe this is a similar problem.

best regards,

Marko

Hi maloni91,

Sure, I will be waiting for the video. Regarding the Dota 2 crashing issue, I recommend creating a separate thread for it. Due to limitations, I can only address one game per thread. Once you create a new thread, another representative will assist you further with that issue. By the way, besides on Dota 2 and CS2 are there other games or application that are freezing/crashing on your system?

Hi maloni91,

Thank you for sharing the video. I noticed brief instances of freezing occurring in the game, and it appears to be experiencing stuttering as well. To gather more comprehensive data, could you please record at least 10 minutes of gameplay using CapframeX? Additionally, could you confirm whether the game settings you previously provided are the same ones you are using during the video recording?

HI ,

I attached 10 min capframe. I lowered settings, because with previous settings its unplayable.

I attached settings.

Hi maloni91,

Despite using the latest driver and performing a clean installation with DDU, the stuttering persists. The CapframeX data you provided also indicates low FPS and stuttering. I will conduct a more in-depth investigation into this issue and update you as soon as possible.

Hi maloni91,

Thank you for your patience. As part of the troubleshooting and isolation process, I wanted to inquire whether the Vulkan API is already set in your launch options for CS 2. Please refer to the included link for guidance: Steam Community :: Guide :: [Performance Boost] Enabling Vulkan on Windows and Precompiling Shaders

Please let me know if you've already completed this. If not, could you give it a try and share the results with me?
