Dedicated GPU not being used

Hey recently i noticed that especially while i play games my dedicate GPU (Nvidia RTX1650) is only being used up to 10-15%, while my integrated intel GPU is being used up to 80-90%, i already tried the windows graphic settings and the Nvidia control panel and it didn't work, anyone knows how to fix this?

Thank you for the update.

You may need to contact the manufacturer of your board/system since they may have a settings inside the BIOS to choose which Graphics controller to use.
