DirectX 11 en Los Sims 4

Hola, agradecería si me pudieran ayudar con el siguiente problema, al pasar del Directx 09 a Directx 11 en el juego Los Sims 4 me sale el siguiente error  (SDK: 0x0A000008)DX11 en la pagina de inicio al lado de la información de la versión del juego?, mi laptop tiene las siguientes especificaciones: 11Th Gen Intel (R) Core (TM) i51135G7 @2.40GHZ - Iris XE Graphics, hago la acotación que no tengo problemas para entrar al juego, aunque no he jugado. Agradezco de antemano su atención.
