DirectX 12 problem and monitor signal

Hello, I need assistance here. I have a screen less lenovo thinkpad x1 carbon 11th Gen which I have connected to a monitor and now I have an issue as directX 12 ultimate is disabled and when I launch games, it says no signal on the monitor, please assist.

I would like to gather some information for me to properly address your concern. Please see below:

 

1. Was this working fine before?

2. Did you make any recent changes to the system?

3. Are you using any adapters, splitters, or any of the same kind?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

Due to a similar problem with the SPARKLE Intel Arc A770, I IMMEDIATELY returned the graphics card to the seller.

I struggled for 2-3 days and I also have an 11th generation processor, fortunately it also includes a basic graphics chip !!!
