Hi nozika25,

I'm sorry to hear that you suddenly encountered an issue with Fortnite and I understand that you would like this to be resolved as this is your favorite game. I would like to gather more details and it would be helpful if you can share it with me.

1. Is the issue isolated to Fortnite?

2. Are there any error messages when it crashes?

3. Have there been any recent changes to the system?

4. How frequent is the issue?

5. Does the game crash instantly after opening it up?

Please also generate SSU report for me to check your system components and configuration.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Hello

well, its only isolated to fortnite, because i dont have any problems with other games.

it does have error message and it crash client

i know particular reason for that, and its intel iris xe graphics drivers.

its very frequent

and it doenst crash after i open up a game.

The model of my processer is a Intel Core I5 1225u 12 generation

My system is a all in one pc so basically a laptop, the model of it is a Lenovo G3 IAP

My game settings is Fullscreen,1920x1080,PerformanceMode,Vsync Off,Fps limit 120, 3D resolution 55, Nanite virtualized geometry off, view distance low, textures low, meshes low, show fps on,report performance stats off.

Im 100% sure its the drivers because alot of other people have the same problem aswell i did alot of youtube tutorial on how to fix it but it never works

Hello nozika25,

Thank you for sharing all this information.

Since the system was functioning normally before, could you please provide the full driver version that is causing the issue? Additionally, please share a screenshot of the error message that appears when it crashes.

This information will help me gain a comprehensive understanding of the issue. Also, have you tried updating the driver to the latest version, 32.0.101.6557/32.0.101.6262? It would be helpful if you could share an SSU report as well.

Best regards,

Hello nozika25,

Upon checking, what I can advise is for you to monitor (read) release notes in new driver releases and search for info about Fortnite. Occasionally new driver can be installed, if there's no specific info about the game, to check if Fortnite works.

Additionally, I recommend rolling back to the latest working driver and maybe turn on Vsync (if it's not impacting game performance or other features like Free/G-sync are not available).

Should you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Best regards,

This happened to me as well. I think it was the update on fortnite when godzilla came out. I was playing fine until the update and then suddenly my game crashes and it has been still doing until now. I have basically tried everything from optional updates to completly uninstalling my driver. Nothing works but i'm not quitting.

Hi, I have been struggling with the same problem for a while. I have tried so many things to fix it but nothing works. It was ever since an update last year that this problem started happening. It was bad and crashed every time I loaded fortnite in the first few minutes. It resolved for about a week then the same problem is occuring again. Could someone please help me with this issue ?
