Game performance was not an issue while testing

Forza horizon 5 - steam installation

weird black spots on ground textures, ground textures sometimes black when starting the game

Need for speed 2015 - steam installation

issue with rendering car interiors, white steering wheel, animation of steering wheel sometimes is visible out the window when turning your car

Need for speed payback - steam installation

extreme lag when driving around (even iris xe graphics should handle the game fine w low-med textures)

glitches that only happen on intel xe (tailights show incorrect colour, often bright/white in colour)

Need for speed heat - steam installation

lag & stuttering especially in cutscenes (audio and video out of sync) and intro cutscene when opening the game

many in-game textures do not load in correctly

glitches that only happen on intel xe (tailights show incorrect colour, often bright/white in colour)

SSR49, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Based on the information shown in the SSU document, the graphics driver version currently installed on your computer is 31.0.101.3413.

For this scenario, it is important to mention that it is always recommended to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.

I looked on Dell's website and the latest graphics driver version they have available is 31.0.101.3616, A12 and it shows "Critical" related to the importance of the installation. Please try a clean installation of that driver following the instructions in the links below:

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=f2j9v&oscode=wt64a&productcode=inspiron-13-5310-laptop

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html

If the problem persists after that, even though the Intel® graphics drivers are generic, for testing purposes, try a clean installation this time of our latest graphics driver version 31.0.101.3790:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html?

We also suggest to get in contact directly with Dell support to make sure the latest BIOS version is currently installed on your machine or, if necessary, to gather the instructions on how to update it:

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/

Once you get the chance, please notify us of the results.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Albert R.
