No real information provided.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

I did not save it even though the program shows that it was saved

Also the Intel program tells me that I have not made an update to the graphics card but it tells me that this will change the manufacturer's default settings      by Intel Driver & Support Assistant

WolfJim, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

You mentioned "I get an error with my graphics card", are you referring to the error message showing on the picture that you shared saying the driver has a known issue?

Is there any particular reason why you are trying to update the graphics driver?

Are there any graphics problems with your machine?

Is this a new computer?

When did you purchase it?

Were you seeing that error message before on this specific device?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes, besides trying to update the driver, that might cause this issue?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards,

Albert R.

WolfJim, Thank you very much for providing that information and the pictures.

For this scenario, especially if the problem happens with just one game, we recommend to verify the game requirements to make sure your system complies with them. Keep in mind that the performance will depend on the game specifications and your whole hardware configuration. Games are usually GPU intensive, so you may require a dedicated graphics card compatible with your system when using a desktop computer.

According to the SSU report, the graphics driver version currently installed on your computer is 27.20.100.9664, provided by Lenovo:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/5-series/5-15iil05/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Graphics%20Processing%20Units%20%28GPU%29%20and%20Server-AI%20Accelerators

The Intel® graphics drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work as expected with your specific system. For that reason, we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform. The graphics driver currently installed is the proper driver for your device, tested, validated, and customized by Lenovo.

It is important to mention that driver version 27.20.100.9664 is for Windows* 10. Lenovo does not have any drivers available for Windows* 11, which indicates that Operating System has not been tested nor validated by them so it is expected to get the error that you are currently seeing. You can confirm those details in the following link by selecting Windows* 11 as OS in the search criteria:

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/5-series/5-15iil05/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Graphics%20Processing%20Units%20%28GPU%29%20and%20Server-AI%20Accelerators

Still, for testing purposes, if you want to update the graphics driver, you can do so manually, without the Intel® DSA application so you can always uninstall it:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19333/intel-driver-support-assistant-uninstaller.html?v=thttps://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19333/intel-driver-support-assistant-uninstaller.html?v=t

The latest Intel® graphics driver for Windows* 11 is version 30.0.101.1994, and you can install it following the instructions in the links below:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html?

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics.html

Additionally, we suggest to get in contact directly with Lenovo Support for them to verify that the latest BIOS version is currently installed on your device, to confirm which is the proper driver for your machine, and if they eventually will release a graphics driver for Windows* 11:
